Hello, I am a tyro to the QS movement. I discovered this community after watching a special on PBS NewsHour and have since become interested in applying self-quantifying methods to my own life. Well I watched the special on YouTube so I found about Quantified Self a few days ago. I hoping that through this site I can find out about some useful, and affordable, devices that will help me in my endeavor to self-track. I hoping to keep track of my fitness, diet, and some healthy habits that I am hoping to maintain.
