Monitoring & feedback that help change habits and achieve goals, Android app

In the season of New Year’s resolutions you may find useful this Android tool: Goalist - for day planning and goal setting. It lets you define a goal not as something you reach and move on to the next one, but as a state you want to achieve and maintain, defined as a range of acceptable values. Values are based on daily plans and data recorded in a log. The app generates alerts when the thresholds are crossed.

For instance: you could have a goal to harden your abs. You can configure monitoring to warn yourself when your weekly average exercise time drops below 1 hour. Or you can detect muscle weakening by setting an alarm when you haven’t managed to make at least 30 repetitions in one go during the last two weeks.
