New to fitness tracking


I have just recently been introduced to fitness tracking. I regularly practice HITT. What are the important metrics I need to track like heartbeat , activity level , sleep,etc? What device can use to track all the elements in one device ? What are the some inaccuracies or inefficiencies of these device I need to be aware of ? What things do you wish you could track but can’t with the current devices?


What you track (and what devices are accurate enough) depends a lot on what you hope to gain from the tracking. Do you have specific goals, and need help with motivation? Do you have specific questions that you want to investigate? Or are you just curious how the data looks like? :wink:
