Hi i'm new to this topic of quantified self and feel very overwhelmed with the amount of tools available.
My interest comes from finding out what influences my mood and energy levels.
Ultimately I want to find out what is causing chronic fatigue. I know sleep is a big factor and i sleep until i naturally wake up (usually 9 hours). So i doubt that sleep is causing my overall tiredness. I know quality and depth of sleep matters but I wake up until i'm refreshed and ready to get up. In spite of this, i will still get tired easily throughout the day. I eat healthy so i'm guessing something I'm eating is causing chronic fatigue and diet is one area that can be tracked and find correlations with energy levels.
I want to input foods that is linked from a nutritional database. I then want to enter changes in my energy levels (alert, neutral, sleepy). I could then try to identify patterns on when i feel tired if it happens after I eat certain types of food.
I'm looking for a simple platform that I could input from android and windows pc. Something quick, easy and painless to use and input data, so that i would be encouraged to use this often.
