Sleep Cycle

I’ve been testing out the Sleep Cycle iOS app lately and they have data export. I’m uploading my few nights of sleep here for those interested in that data.

If you’re using Sleep Cycle and want to export your data it’s quite easy. Go to Setting the tap Database. You can then export a .csv file and send it to yourself via email.

Data: Start; End; Sleep quality; Time in bed; Wake up; Sleep Notes

Wake Up is a three-point system based on emoticons:
Sleep Notes are set by the user and are text notes.
