I’m new to QS - discovered this community watching a conference on self-tracking. I’ve been tracking my fitness, starting with a spreadsheet and eventually building a website. (Putting those engineering skills to use.)
The goal is daily fitness and the general idea is to make it like brushing your teeth, meaning you get it done each and every day no matter how tired or busy you may be.
