Through my company, Uncaged Coaching, I have created the Optimizem system helping clients master data-driven awareness. By tracking personal health data we gain a tremendous amount of awareness, and therefore power. I help clients (even those who are not-math-people) leverage that data-driven awareness. Through one-on-one sessions, consulting, group workshops, and positive content, clients gain clarity about what they most want out of life and support to achieve results that are both sustainable and deeply empowering.
