A QS Blog post

Hey there

My name’s Rob and I’m new to QS but am currently tracking quite a bit (sleep, location, steps, browser use, food, happiness).

I just put up the first of a few blog posts about QS and would love some feedback.


It’s a non explanatory post that talks through my day from a QS perspective, the next post will talk about the tools I use, and the final about how I’m changing my life.


Sounds fascinating. I hope you will post about whether your monitoring has helped you improve your sleep, etc. My experience is that it is isn’t easy. It isn’t easy to go from measuring oneself to figuring out how to improve what you are measuring.
