I use - keto diet 1800-2000 calories with interval fasting

insanity max 30 with 2x5 kg weights
I use antidepressants, keto capsules, bcaa, nootroops
My schedule:
5-00 wake up
sport insanity max 30 with weight 2x5kg every day
work at stand desk with math and hackerrank
9-30 - breakfast
11-30-11-45 read, talks,
11-45 - learn math and algorithms at stand desk
13-30 eat
13-45-14-30- work at stand desk
14-30-15-30 - walking with charity(I’m a volunteer)
16-30 snack
16-30-18-30 - work at stand desk
18-30 - dinner
18-30- math at stand desk
20-00 - sleep
I use a keto diet for 1800-2000 calories with carbs no more 20 gram
Don’t eat meat.
Feel weakness and it is very hard to me learn math compared 3 months ago.
I have difficulties with social adaptions.
I try to work as an IT developer with math involving.
It is a correct schedule?
What could be improved to bio hack brain and learn math and work as IT more effective?
May be some pills or dies.

You should search for criticisms of standing desks and adapt your approach accordingly as you are spending a significant amount of time standing up (or walking).

As to a “correct schedule” that is up to you. Looks like your current one is not helping you.

As to learning mathematics how are you doing that? In a school, university, or as an autodidact?

Your brain (and body) wants food. It’s that simple. I could weigh this as this being a quantifying group and that your post may have been highly edited to be clear. But truly, the body is a soft place of mystery even as much as it’s a machine. Intense thought burns energy as does exercise. Our brains are made of fat. Metabolically you may require more carbs—we are all genetically, environmentally and by lifestyle different.
