I work for a trends consultancy in London (www.thefuturelaboratory.com) and I’m writing an in-depth profile of the growing Self-Quant movement for our online magazine, LSN Global. This involves talking to case studies of the people at the heart of this movement, and I was just wondering if anyone would be willing to spare me some time to talk about their experiences of Self-Quantifying and how it has impacted their lives?
I myself have started experimenting in self-quantifying. I have begun by measuring my sleep using the Zeo sleep coach and am now trying to expand to diet, measuring the effect that various meals have on my energy levels. Frankly I find the whole subject fascinating and find it a privilege to research and write about.
