Cholesterol monitoring

I’m interested in monitoring my cholesterol, blood glucose and haemoglobin levels. I currently use a small hand held monitor and collate data manually but I’m sure there must be better tech and a smarter way of doing it.

I’d love to hear suggestions.

Thank you.

I’m not sure can you do it yourself at home, but you can use normal cholesterol levels to compare the results with normal values according to your age, gender, etc.

@Dave_Hawkins We recently did a trial using CardioChek devices, which were the most reliable, yet inexpensive (but still pretty pricey) devices out there. We ended up manually entering the data from the device into a spreadsheet, because there wasn’t a better workflow.
