Diet hacks: exploring the fullness factor database

Does anyone else use “fullness factor” (FF) or “satiety score” databases? I used my self-tracking data to see if the NutritionData’s fullness scores for foods really work, and turns out they do! I keep my meals weight around 300-350 grams, and still manage to feel full and cut the caloric intake.

Looking at the foods with highest and lowest FFs made me think if the paleo diet is actually based on a similar principle?

The Paleo diet has many iterations and will probably be defined differently depending on who you’re talking to. The strategies for weight loss would be to eat higher fat and protein and less carbohydrates as the fat and protein are higher satiety foods, help repair dysfunctional metabolism (teach the body to burn fat for fuel instead of sugar), and are less likely to be overeaten.
