Do you have a fuller list of estrogen raising foods and testosterone raising foods?

Some of this food contain so much estrogen. For example, white bread and peanut butter contain extremely high levels of estrogen, which I will avoid from now on. Do you have a fuller list with data or maybe suggestions on foods that increase estrogen and testosterone-raising foods?
