I have been working like a maniac on an software tool to make behavioral modification easier/more fun…our take is definitely unique Fun, visual, inspired by a lot of what inspires us as QS people.
Anyone willing to give a day or two effort to see if we can make choosing a healthy food easier? I will explain everything. It will take about 5 minutes effort and an open mind. It would greatly help if you wish it were easier to avoid unhealthy foods.
