Getting Started Information

Hi, where can I find information for getting started with this? I want to be able to track my emotions, awareness, and productivity, what’s the best first thing to do?

I’ve come across the idea of using a google forms template and periodically going through the form throughout the day - where can I find some good productivity related templates?

Hi Adam, Welcome to the QS Forum. I use Google forms and they are really easy to customize, you don’t really need a template if you have an idea bout what you want to track. If you create a Googlesheet, and can make a form for filling it out with just a few clicks, then mail yourself a link to the form. You can bookmark this link anywhere, or put it on your phone, and it works pretty well.
