Getting started on my "Quantified self" project

Hi! I was reading this article and there is a task to set goals, so I understand why I do all of these things and keep motivation to keep going. First, I want to feel better because my health sucks and I hope self-tracking might change that. Second, this is so exiting! I get so agitated every time I think about a possibility to gather some data about myself, calculate it and make some predictions! In a word, it’s terrific.
