Has Anyone Here Actually Improved Their Sleep by Tracking It?

I started tracking my sleep recently because I was feeling tired during the day even when I thought I was getting enough rest. After looking at the data for a couple of weeks, I realized things like staying on my phone too late and sleeping at different times every night were probably affecting me more than I thought.
