I’m a beginner to the quantified self movement.
Am using my smart phone as a pedometer which has been eye opening.
I have a garmin heart rate monitor which can connect to my phone using ant+ technology. Am using an app called pulseometer to measure heart rate variability. I’d like to use this app to better my fitness and am getting data such as avnn, sdnn, rmssd, nn50, pnn50.
Unfortunately i don’t know what i’m doing and don’t know where to start. It all seems overwhelming. I’m hoping that someone can assist or point me in the direction of a beginners guide.
