Holistic Wellbeing project

Hi all,

I embark in a self discovery journey doing tests and using apps but never found a good baseline to really know how to Thrive in Life.

I came up with an idea to focus on 5 Wellbeing areas and check some behaviours:

  • Physical Wellbeing: hydration, nutrition, supplements, Movement and sleep
  • Emotional Wellbeing: mood tracking, journalling, stress triggers and so on.
  • Social Wellbeing: work with other people and important relationships.
  • Financial Wellbeing: investing in my financial literacy and tracking where my money goes.
  • Spiritual Wellbeing: finding purpose and meaning for the things I do.

I found DNA tests to biohack my biological clock and evaluate what I ingest and how does affect me. But still missing something…

Movement:
