I just bought the Netatmo weather station, but it doesn’t seem to give me accurate data… Does anything else experience this?
Not accurate how?
The CO2 levels are consistently around 2.000 ppm, even 20 minutes after opening all windows in the house for 10 minutes. I almost can’t believe it’s that high!
You may need to wait 6-8h for the CO2 sensor to calibrate itself. If you still have implausible readings, you can trigger another calibration through the app. If that doesn’t help, either, I’d contact their support.
Also it only measures every third hour… I would like it to measure at least every hour…
I can’t contact support on their website. The button doesn’t work…
The “Send the message” button is not clickable… Also there is no text box to describe the issue
