Improving Deep Sleep Continuity?

I am healthy and fine. Nevertheless, maybe there is a way to optimize my life.

My health app tells me that my Deep Sleep Continuity is very low.

I already do all these general advises you find on the internet:

  • do sport
  • do meditation
  • eat healthy
  • sleep roughly 8 hours per day
  • sleep at roughly the same time

Without the health-app I would not know that I am missing something. I don’t have any pain or don’t feel tired.

Any idea how I could improve Deep Sleep Continuity?

Health app might be wrong. Does sleep stage metrics coming from EEG derived device? If they arent - dont worry, highly likely it cannot accurately measure sleep stages and app recommendations doesnt connected to reality.
