With the last iPhone update we got access to ‘Screen Time’ in the settings (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208982), which shows us daily and weekly breakdowns of time spent on various apps, number of pickups, number of notifications, etc. However, it doesn’t appear there is a way to export this data. Anyone know of any tricks for this?
I was excited to see this feature, as I had previously been using the app ‘Moment’, which will automatically give you number of pickups, but you have to screenshot photos of your battery use to calculate time spent on apps, which is easy to forget. It appears Rescuetime had a iphone version for a hot second, but disappeared. Any other suggestions for tracking iphone use?
