Is there an Apple Health API App?

I’d like to access the steps data in my iPhone in real time through an API. I need 15 minute resolution. Does anyone know if this has been done? If not, I’d like to suggest it as an ambitious upgrade to the QS Access app.

I’ve been nagging QS Labs about either putting some more effort into the QS Access app or else open sourcing it–it’s often the only way to export data from HealthKit, given the flakiness of the Health app…
