Memento Labs: data-driven health using n-of-1 experiments + wearables 🔬📈

Hi QSers, @jasonjin and I are excited to give you all a sneak peak and early access to our project. We’ve been building this web app to let you connect your wearables & other services and run n-of-1 experiments to find in a data-driven manner what drives unique health outcomes, as well as share & view community experiments.

You can check it out here https://mementolabs.io/ - screenshots are below.

Some supported services: Fitbit, Oura, RescueTime, Apple Health

We’ve been working closely with research advisors from our university to develop our n-of-1 statistics, and we’re excited about delivering actionable and statistically rigorous results for the community!

We are so excited about the future of N=1 self-experiments, and helping everyone generalize from N-of-1 to N-of-many! This allows more intricate understanding of what works for different types of people : )

Would love to discuss more in the comments - like what has worked best for improving sleep and health!

P.S. You don’t need a wearable to join! Our experiments also have self-reported qualitative metrics like energy, mood or focus. You can also explore the database of evidence-based health hacks.
