Mindfulness through thought experiments

I’m looking for feedback about Method, a mindfulness app that encourages thought experiment. Unlike other mindfulness app that promises happiness, this tool wants to help you gaining an understanding of yourself and practice self-regulation. The first version is on the iOS App Store and it far from ideal, but still please let me know what you think and what could be better.
