My morning read of the UK broadsheets included this
The mention of inactivity and how, even with heavy workouts at the gym, this is a serious health problem prompted me to search for apps that include an inactivity timer. Found one which adds to my list of desirable features of an Apple Watch. There is very little else out there.

also mentioned inactiviy and the issues that sitting for long periods of time can cause inflamation and oedema. I use the iPhone Clock app to give me an alarm after 20 minutes when sat at my desk.
