Hey friends , I've been building a wellbeing tracker for the last 6 months, and I'd really like to get some feedback to see if it's worth continuing with the project.
The idea is a "daily wellbeing check in" where you record 5 "wellbeing foundations"; eating; exercise; sleep; challenge and social connection (you can also record your vices), and then use the data for analysis to understand yourself better.

As mentioned I'd love any feedback or ideas and would really like the app to be shaped by the community if possible, so throw me any thoughts.

btw, I got the idea from doing this coursera course which is also worth sharing... thanks for reading
