My new stack for brain fog and some improvement

I have just started a new stack for my non ending brain fog . I am targetting my gut microbes for this . I have started taking some prebiotics and probiotics available where I live . I have been taking them for few days and I feel a little improvement . Of course changing gut microbiome is a long process . I won’t see the full results at least in three months . I am supporting the journey with NAC . Because NAC can reduce LPS driven inflammation .
