Finally got a chance to get my blood tests done, and used results to test-drive the Inside Tracker DIY plan:

Most of the reviews on the web so far were either generic (just description of the service) or covered more expensive plans (like Fitness). I hope my review of DIY plan will be helpful to some of you!
Also, I know there is a company, Wellness FX, that provides similar services but only on West Coast. I was wondering if anyone has tried them?
