Necklace worn fitness trackers?

Hi all,

I’m searching for a fitness tracker that can be worn as a necklace (for a gift). While I’ve found plenty of wrist and clip based devices, I can only find 2 trackers that offer a necklace based accessory (Misfit Shine, Tory Burch accessory range for Fitbit).

Outside making a case myself does anyone know of any devices or accessories that allow a fitness tracker to be worn as a necklace.
