I need some input/advice from the folks out here…I have a Galaxy Tablet 10.1. I want to use something for tracking health, sleep and just about anything else I can track and I want to use in conjunction with the tablet. I do not want to use a phone or a PC. I have looked at Up , Fit flex and have had no luck.
I used regular pedometer ( kept losing) so am wondering if anyone has a suggestion for either an app they love or a device. I am pretty much a dummie with computer but willing to delve into whatever might get me tracking. Cheers
