WHO WE ARE
We are Human-computer Interaction research team at University of Southampton. The study is conducted by PhD student Feng and his supervisors dr mc schraefel and Dr Enrico Costanza.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The study is an online quiz (http://goodfood.ecs.soton.ac.uk/uisurvey/welcome ) which requires you to assess 15 foods’ healthiness. Those foods are presented in the form of picture and text descriptions and you are required to rate their healthiness on 7-point scale and justify the rating by using one of three different UIs: open text or predefined reason list or heuristic questions. After done the assessment, you will be asked to answer several simple questions about those UIs.
THE INCENTIVE
You will have a chance to win $100 amazon voucher if you complete the study and leave your email. Winner will be contacted by email in the end of August.
