I have decided to journal and track my everything on paper. I intend to use either a square lined / grid notebook from local store or one of these printable things from etsy. Then buy some pens and make lines and dots depending on how much I exercised or other things each day. Anyone have any suggestions? Maybe alternatives to my plan?
Btw I searched this forum but was unable to find anything about pen and paper tracking. Which is odd. I did find a few reddit posts on journaling.
You’re right that it’s odd, because we’ve had quite a few talks that either focus on pen and paper tracking or show some examples at least.
OK, I just did a search, sorry the archive isn’t as obviously searchable as it should be. (working on it!)
If you are doing this and want to do a Show & Tell, let me know, I’m experimenting with seeing if I can start publishing some of these again without necessarily organizing in person meetings.
A Librarian in Numbers - Quantified Self has a ‘pen and paper’ tag at the bottom. open humans wiki can be searched too. But I think this project for me is over. In the end it helped me plan my goals better.
