Can anyone recommend a sensor that is able to track Blood Pressure, Sp02, Heart Rate. Any other measurements would be a bonus. Need to gift it to my dad.

Personally, I use an inexpensive Omron Blood pressure monitor - http://www.amazon.com/Omron-Pressure-Monitor-Standard-BP742N/dp/B00KPQB2NS and this SPO2 monitor - http://www.amazon.com/Pulse-Oximeter-Blood-Oxygen-Monitor/dp/B00HXXO332 . Both will also provide heart rate readings.
