Recording physio exercise sessions

I have some physio exercises to do each day. For my conventional outdoor walk I use the Apple Watch Health app but to date have never recorded the physio stuff, which may prove to be an oversight as there would be nothing to correlate other data against. As altogether through the day these exercises take about an hour to complete.

There is no specific workout/exercise for physio stuff. Wondering whether the Add Workout option of “Other” might be useful. My interest is in time of day and session duration — the exercises do not all require the same length of time to complete.

I believe there is a “Functional Strength Training” activity type, which seems somewhat appropriate? Assuming it lets you do your sessions free-form…
