I have benefited from applying chromotherapy (in my environment) everyday for the past six or seven years. And I’ve simply used powerful outdoor LED floodlights to paint my room crystal blue. It’s worked well for me. I would recommend looking into multi-colored lights on Amazon, or any other retailer you have access to.
