Self tracking form

I am looking for suggestions to add to my daily form.

I have this form for myself to answer each day. This replaces an old form.

To get into a form habit yourself start with 1-2 questions and answer them each day. Then increase the number of questions

Do you have suggestions of what I might like to ask?

I found it useful to track “episodes of anger.” I’m not usually angry, so if I find myself enraged by something it is usually a good clue that something’s up. It is a nice clear signal, unlike a mood score.

I don’t find anger a problem worth tracking in my life but if I did I would probably be tracking it. I do track mood with the app “how are you feeling”

Good suggestion. I would probably add this in my misc field if I noticed it.
