Sleep: bedtime, risetime, morning caffeine, alcohol

So I recently spent some time learning how to parse timestamps and do a bit of factor analysis, in the interests of looking at my Zeo sleep data some more. I’ve done the following:
[]morning caffeine pills http://www.gwern.net/Zeo#pilot-analysis : earlier waking
[
]alcohol http://www.gwern.net/Zeo#alcohol : no harm
[]optimal bedtime http://www.gwern.net/Zeo#bed-time-for-better-sleep : a little earlier than usual
[
]optimal wakeup time http://www.gwern.net/Zeo#rise-time-for-productivity : a little earlier than usual
How dark is your bedroom (i.e. could there be seasonal effects that skew the data)?

Dark. I always have the shades drawn. Not quite blackout conditions but still decent.

Well, all my Zeo data is public, if you want to look for seasonal trends. I’ve never noticed anything when graphing data for other purposes. The one time I looked for seasonal effects in other data, I didn’t find anything: http://www.gwern.net/Weather#seasonal-effects
