I was/am sturggling with sleeping on time so I started looking for resources on it. I came across this one sleep tracking website called sleepio. Its basically a sleep doctor that collects your daily info from sleep and provides some statistics for it. It calculates your sleep efficiency as the amount of time in bed vs. amount of time slept.

I’m wondering if anyone else here has tried sleepio?

There’s no need to sign up for Sleepio just to collect sleep stats; there are a lot of gadgets and mobile apps that do that.

The benefit of Sleepio is for education (think interactive self-help book) and motivation (you’re paying them ~$10/week).
