1. Can you control who has access to your data?
“Unless you opt-in, LogMeIn [parent company] will not transfer your personal information to third parties”. But they may “share non-identifiable aggregate information about our users […] with advertisers, business partners, and other third parties”.
2. Can you export your data?
Only through their API; impractical for large data sets, as you need to retrieve data in 6h intervals. 
3. Can you close your account?
Closing an account is easy, and “you can always ask to review any personal information that we have collected from you, have us update, correct or delete this information and/or instruct us not to use this information in the future.” 
4. Can the terms change without prior notice?
“LogMeIn may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your personal information we will make that information available by posting a notice on this site.”
5. Can I trust them to keep my data secure?
Xively enforces using a secure connection (HTTPS).
