Michael Breus of Insomnia Blog wrote about this simple method that lets you tap into your sleep cycles and find the optimal time for going to bed. Supposedly, it can help you to get sufficient sleep and wake up without alarm clock in the morning. So I decided to test this method on myself, and in addition to tracking waking up without the alarm, collected a bunch of other data, including Zeo sleep metrics and cognitive performance:
