Update after my QS18 talk

Some of you will have seen my talk about being massively freaked out by my blood data. I’m still pretty sure I know nothing about cholesterol! Before the conference I had two blood tests with InsideTracker that showed triglyceride levels of 700 and a second of 790 (normal is 0-150). I did another two tests with Medichecks when I got home: triglyceride levels were 50 then 45. Just did a final test on the NHS and tri was 15 with HDL and LDL also normal. No idea what to make of it but I’m not freaking out any more at least. Thank you for the creative disease suggestions from conference attendees who came to talk to me
