Using AI to Find Correlations

I use Exist to gather my data, and then I fed it into Claude, and I got some cool insights.

Just a few examples, but I’d encourage everyone to give it a try.
Also, I track my workouts using Hevy.

(Obvious warning: AI models are not always accurate. Use at your own risk.)

Also how sleep timing consistency, as in, going to sleep and waking up at same time, can be vastly MORE important than getting your ‘8 hours’ of sleep.

Thanks for posting. I am struggling with applying this same knowledge that earlier workouts are better for me, I am just not a morning person but through observation and whoop I can see that an intense workout after 5pm is still impacting me at bedtime, around 10:30pm.

Good luck applying what you’ve discovered.
