Outside of the more common sleep, nutrition, fitness and health channels, what are some of the unique aspects of your life that you’ve had success tracking? I’m interested in identifying potential blind spots in my own life to then consider tracking. Longer term, I’ll use an app to uncover insights drawn from the correlation analyses to better inform decisions related to things like productivity or health.
Health-related but not commonly addressed: headaches and environmental correlations, skincare products and reactions/successes, lasting duration of nail polishes, how long it takes hair to grow, etc.
Non-health related: pet care and specific correlations like which food is giving a glossier fur coat or better digestive traits, home maintenance like air/water filter changes and if it impacts anything like allergy symptoms, learning progress like new skills/languages, books and other content read/viewed, creative projects like sewing or painting, shopping by location and spend, etc.
