What data do you wish you had access to/isn't easily trackable?

There are good methods/apps to track calories, exercise, sleep(ish), and mood.

However, I was wondering what data do you wish you were able to include?

I’d like to do electrolyte tracking: sodium, potassium, etc.


I wish I could wear an fMRI machine around all day :smile:

I’d like to somehow automate tracking of mood, focus, other internal brain-states.

I used to do this by hand, but there’s so much variance over time, and it’s kinda annoying to do.

Been hoping/trying to do this with EEG/fNIRS/etc, but it’s hard.
