What's the best device for quantifying personal growth?

Hi all,

I’m very interested in neurofeedback, identifying the impact that a task has on the brain. Plus apps to actually help improve emotions, skills, change habits by tracking the data and then seeing how the change affects the data etc.

I also want to easily quantify as much of my life as possibe.

I’ve seen NeuroSky. Is that the best one out there?
