Why do you quantified Yourself?

Passionate by Trends and Health, I choosed naturally to make my thesis about the quantified self and behaviour associates.

I try to understand this evolution, this is the future of everyone. We all practice it already, some people just don’t know that yet.

In order for me to understand in a better way, to make ma thesis a reality with real insights, I would love to make some discussion with who is willing to do it. The goal Is simple, its about a 10-15 min discussion together in order for me to see Why the quantified self has so much impact in health, why is it better to quantified, and how you feel about that.
