Withings WS-50 scale-Co2 problems

Hi
Does anybody have problems with the Co2 readings on the Withings WS-50 scale ? The iphone app shows no readings at all, and in my web account it only shows the highest possible value of 8000 ppm and the lowest value of 300 ppm, nothing in-between that.
Anybody that have had the same problem and knows what to do about it?

Hi, I am having the exact same problem, can you help? It doesn’t sync air quality at all to my phone. I just see 8000 on the screen of the scale.

Got exact same problem, contacted Withings support too yet to no avail as of yet. Why, sadly, noone posts their resolution here? :frowning:
