I'm the owner of www.tracktacular.com , a life logging site designed to track your life in one place. I built it because I felt very disorganized tracking different parts of my life in different places, and instead wanted one site to pull everything together. The site focuses on more macro than micro tracking - things like tasks, goals, dreams, cholesterol, books, restauraunts etc. Its right up the alley for quantified selfers.

Hey everyone, Mick from Australia here. I've been self hacking for about 6 years after being borderline type-2 diabetic, overweight and suffered from IBS, psioriasis and anxiety for my whole life. I still think that your personal Excel speadsheet is the most FLEXIBLE way of tracking everything - especially when it comes to correlating and choosing what Data you want to input. The only drawback is that you have to input everything manually, but with most apps having csv export nowadays, it’s a piece of cake job.
Anyone doing this as well? I am considering creating a template so that everyone can use it, together with automator/ iftt workflows for downloading/ importing CSV files.
